SCIENCE FAIR
Friday, February 6th, TK - 5th Grade

Our students have been very busy in the month of January picking out experiments and getting ready for the Science Fair. On the morning of the 6th, students will be judged on competence, depiction of science boards, ability to answer questions, and overall knowledge of the experiment. There will be two sessions for parents to visit and observe the students—3:15 pm and 4:30 pm. Parents are invited into the classrooms to watch while
our students explain and demonstrate their knowledge of science and of their experiments. All students will receive participation ribbons. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place ribbons will be awarded to the winners. 1st place winners will also receive a science medallion and certificate. Good luck, students: get ready to compete and amaze your parents!

GUNG HAY FAT CHOY LUNCH PARTIES
Tuesday, February 17th

It’s that time once a year when we really need the help of our entire parent body. We would like to see 100% participation in our candy drive. This is our big yearly fund raiser to purchase new classroom materials & other resources for our students. Last year we were able to buy new Chrome Book laptops for our elementary kids & outdoor toys & equipment for our preschoolers.
